2) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing legal assistance/performance of the concluded contract for the provision of legal assistance (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),

3) the recipient of your personal data will be authorized employees/contractors of Marekwia & Pławny Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Sp.p., participating in the provision of legal assistance,

4) Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization;

5) Your personal data will be stored for the period of performance of the contract for the provision of legal assistance and the limitation period for claims related to the contract;

6) you have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object,

7) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016;

8) providing your personal data is a condition for providing legal assistance;

9) data is not subject to profiling.
